I began writing poetry in 1997 whilst searching for a deeper understanding of myself and my own journeys in this life. I set upthe creative writing group "Jumbled up Words" in conjunction with this, and facilitated workshops for others to search for a deeper meaning to life through their own words, enhancing the chance for people to express themselves from within.
I trained to become a Community Therapist alongside this and set up my own practice "Deeper Meaning" continuing to inspire people to understand the deeper meaning in their lifes and the paths they travel.

Dharma/Zen and world philosophy's
All types of music but especially Reggae and music with inspiring lyrics.
All types of Poetry, especially the beats.
